SAP BO 4.3 - Fiori Scheduling is only loading

Hello,

iam running SAP BO 4.3 SP3 on a Unix System and got a specific Problem with Scheduling and Publications in the Fiori Launchpad.

Scheduling is loading the Page, i can see the Details but the 3 blue Dots are loading forever. If iam trying to create a Publication under Folders, then nothing is happening.

All Server are up and running in CMC and before and after the initial Configuration everything was working fine. But now it stops working without any reason.

Somebody got a Idea what could be the Issue?
