Planned date performance based maintenace strategy plan

While creating performance based maintenace strategy plan the work order is released before the counter reached the set measures,

for example i put the order to be released when the counter reach 50k kilometers but due to the planned date the order released when its only 40k .

So, can i disable the planned date and order released only when it reachs 50k ??
