Approve the Sales Campaign

Hello Experts

My requirement is to send a EMAIL to all the contact persons from the Target group.

So I have created a Target group and it has 1 Contact Person. Added that target group in the Sales Campaign with status as "In Approval"

In the "Approval Process" this campaign is showing as "Open task". Now the question is how this camapign will be approved by the person responsible in this case "Eddie Smoke". How and where i need to go to approve this campaign so that the campaign will be processed. My assumption is that it is auto approved once the conditions are met?

All the setting are already activated under Sales Campaign-Campaign Management-Campaign Execution
