Option with work with pagination list backoffice

Hi experts,

We have a requirement from a customer that directly affects the pagination of records in the backoffice lists. In this case we have two options that we could use to make the work of the records easier:

1. Option to mark all the options in the list so that we don't have to go page by page selecting records.

2. That the backoffice user can change the number of items displayed per page, for instances, now by default is set to 50 items per page, then the user through a drop-down can choose the number of records.

From my point of view these are ad-hoc requirements and right now the backoffice does not have them, but do you know if there is any workaround for these cases?
