Dear Experts,
I am working with SAP Build Process Automation. After successfully building, deploying and creating triggers for my project I would like to execute my project from my Desktop Agent. This is where I am encountering an issue that I can't explain and also can't resolve. I have already created a ticket at SAP Support, that recommended me two KBA's (KBA #3024534 - WebSocket communication blocked by Firewall for details & KBA #2898510 - How to provide Event Viewer traces for use in Intelligent RPA Incidents)
Unfortunately I must say that the information provided did not get me much further. Both suggested KBA's assume that there is an issue with connection to the Desktop Agent (I am using Agent Version 3.9.47). But as far as I can judge that is not where the issue lays.
Nonetheless I have worked though both KBA's. Websocket is successfully tested, Connection was Established. The Event Traces can't be provided as there is nothing to trace. The Desktop Agent was Idle all the time, as no projects can be executed.
I my opinion something is not working or setup correctly in the SAP Build Process Automation environment. To support this point I attached an image of my local Desktop Agent stating that it is connected to a tenant, and waiting for a project to be loaded.
The problem exists after deployment of the Automation Project. The project that I deployed is working with an Attended trigger. After running the deployment and creating a trigger the deployment is successful.
However, when taking a closer look at the created Attended Trigger is see that warning that there are no agents available, and that the Trigger can not be distributed to an agent.
This is the point I don't understand as the agent is successfully created and the project and trigger are also created without any issue. Also the Attributes match. I can't see way the project is not assigned.
Is there an expert that has encountered the same or knows how to resolve this?
Thanks and best,
Kees
