How to customise the tiles

I was following this blog to have a launchpad : https://blogs.sap.com/2020/08/28/adding-tile-in-fiori-launchpad-to-start-workflow-in-cloud-foundry/

But I am confused how to customise the fiori tile for three scenarios :

1. Increase the size of a tile

2. Add a background image to the tile

3. Add graphical bar, charts to the tile

Could someone help me with this? I would be deploying my services to cloud foundry
