How to implement the screens in Fiori Guidelines site

Hi,

I just started with sapui5 and fiori development

I was going through the fiori guidelines and wanted to implement the same screen (the launchpad screen) : https://experience.sap.com/fiori-design-web/home-page/

But I do not see any technical guidelines on how can I implement those tiles - with the images and the tasks bar etc, or even the notifications in the shell bar. I want to develop the launchpad on premise and not using the portal or the launchpad service. We are developing on cloud foundry.

Can someone help me understand how can I map the fiori guidelines screen to implementations?
