Stop ticket routing rules on special days/holidays



Our customer wants to stop ticket routing to their service clients on special days, holidays because we set a total routing timer that calculates the time between ticket attend and done. We can stop ticket routing with checkbox fieldon ticket QC screen that stops routing, but our customer has several enterprise clients that sends ODATA service to our C4C system, so our checkbox is not available on get service method.
