Disable search on FIORI Launchpad for some users

Hi,

In our FIORI landscape some of the users see 'Search' icon on the Launchpad while some do not. May know where exactly this configuration would have got set and how to enable the search for a specific user(s). Please note we are on SAP_UI 7.3
