Is there any approach to send notification to Microsoft Teams From BTP Workflow?

Hi Team,

I'm looking for a way to send notifications about the approval to Microsoft Teams from SAP BTP Workflow. I have achieved sending notifications to outlook.

Hi,

You can use SAP Alert Notification service for BTP. For this, you have to create action of type Microsoft teams where you have to provide the following additional property:

• URL Address - the Microsoft Teams Webhook URL address where you want the notifications to be sent.

Yes, there are several ways to send notifications from a BTP workflow to Microsoft as examples:

• One approach is to use the Microsoft Teams Connector in BTP, which allows you to send messages to a specific channel in a Microsoft Teams team.
• Another approach is to use the Microsoft Graph API to send messages to a specific channel or user in Microsoft Teams from within the BTP workflow.
• Also, you can use BTP's built-in webhook feature to send a message to a channel or user in Microsoft Teams via a webhook URL.
