symsoft TM creation fiori app compatibility for phone

Hi Team,

We are using third party app(SymSoft CP GRC) for Transport Manager in SAP. The app is working fine in desktop. However while running it in mobile phone, the app popups/F4help are not working accurately. We need to rotate the phone in order to fill the popup details.

While creating this app, we do have selected the compatibility options as Laptop, Tablet and Phone. But, this is not looking good when operating it from Phone.

I need your assistance to know if we can change the app behavior to make it compatible with mobile phone(with all screen size).
