Pending approver in PO and PR Report

Hi Team

We are creating one PO/PR report. In which we required one field of pending approver name. But we are unable to get the name of approver for PO and PR.

Case-1 For PO
1. Suppose we are approve PO by first approver and its not approved by second approver.
In Report we required the name of second approver.

Case-2 For PR
1. Suppose we are approve PR by first approver and its not approved by second approver.
In Report we required the name of second approver.

Please Help us .
