S4/Service: Service Contract: Billing plan does not appear at position item

in SAP S4/SERVICE the tab "billing plan" does not appear anymore neither at header level nor at position level.

it is not possible to personalize the tab by personaliziation mode/popup althoug it is available in configuration view:
