SAP WEBI - Some values not loading in the query filter but available in the result objects

One Value(AOP FY23) is coming in the result objects level but not coming in the Query filter level in WEBI. This value available in the backend and also when i enter manually(AOP FY23) the report is also loading but not coming in the list of values(to select)
