SAPUI5 - How do you ignore daylight saving?

I retrieve oData from a SAP Gateway service for my SAPUI5 application.

If the data is after 26 March, +1 hour is added to the time (this is because of my PC's time/date settings) (GMT)

How do I stop SAPUI5/oData from doing this as it's returning incorrect data from filters....

First you need to determine if the given date is daylight saving or not, based on that adjust time and create UI5 filter.
