Hi community,
I'm stucked with a problem maybe someone has experienced earlier and can help with.
Our customer has used SuccessFactors EC for about two years now. In their system we have four position relationships and many alert messeges - all of them work fine.
This time I wanted to create a new alert on position - about the change of one field only. I wrote a rule and set it as a postSave rule on the Position object. The rule scenario is 'Rules for MDF Based Objects', base object is 'Position', purpose is 'Alert'. In the alert I use a specific workflow, a specific alert message, generic object is Position, and recently I also used a specific alert type (but it didn't change anything, and anyway there is no other alert on position).
In the workflow I have three CC roles: two of the position relationships (with relationship to approver: Position), and for testing purposes my own email as an external email address.
In the alert message I use one token for the position, and that works fine. At the change of the chosen field I get the alert message with the code of the position in it, so it knows which position is affected, but it doesn't find the relationships of the position - the two employees didn't get any emails. I also tried a dynamic role (position based) instead of the relationship, that didn't work either. What can be still wrong?
Thanks for any idea.
Mikolt
