Password cannot match

Dear Experts,

Please refer the attachments. When changed password, I have got an error message "password must different from previous passowrd" However New password was different from previous passwords and any passwords type in got same error. it is only happened when "password cannot match = 1" . Does anyone get same error or know how to solve this?
