I have installed SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2022 SP33 (CRforVS6413SP33_0-80007712), after adding a report in a fresh VB project the following build errors appear. What could be the cause (and solution) for this?

What exactly did you install for the SDK? Was it a .msi or a .exe?

I can't find the file name you downloaded so likely not the correct one.

Here's the one you should use:

CR for Visual Studio SP33 64b installer (VS 2022 and above)

Uninstall which ever one you did install and use the above, that's all you need for your project, don't install the MSI packages.

See my blog on upgrading:

Don,

The link you provide downloads exactly CRforVS6413SP33_0-80007712.EXE, if that is not the correct file then the download link appear to be wrong.... or maybe I am missing something.

Peter,

Did you end up downloading a different file? Maybe something changed since your post?

Thansk.
