Last logged in user to display when unlock the checkout session

Dear Experts,

Kindly let us know is there any possibility to have an auto pick option for last logged in user in Sap Customer checkout when going unlock the already locked screen as we can see in Sap Business One because in touch screen monitors it is bit time consuming when enter the name using on screen key board coz only numbers showing in CCO login screen itself .

Hello tharindu,

When a user logs out from CCO or locks the screen the user name and password have to be entered to log on or unlock the screen. If you would like to request a new feature to have the last user name populated please use the influence portal.

Some thoughts to speed up the logon procedure:

• Using numeric user names, e.g. 1234, is quicker to enter than alphabetical characters
• Hardware assisted login using code sticks, waiter locks or magnetic cards (other implementation partners can share best practices)
