We are facing an issue in time off and seeking for your help.
We have a time type lets say "Voluntary Unpaid Leave" absence type which doesn't have any time accounts.
The "Duration display according to" field is specified as "Calendar Days" and while raising leave it is showing requesting days as calendar days in UI whereas while extracting the time off report and replication of absence to payroll system it is showing the deduction quantity as based on work schedule excluding non-working days.
For example, an employee works 6 days a week and sunday is a non-working day and he/she has raised a voluntary unpaid leave from 1st Jan to 31st Jan 2023.
In UI, the requesting days are shown as 31 days, whereas while extracting the report and during replication of absence to payroll system it seems to be 26 days.
We managed to find KBA 2497200 but counting method is asking for posting rules and for the specific time type we doesn't have time accounts and it is a regular unpaid absence without time account. Can you let us know how to make the deduction days as same as calendar days in report and in payroll replication.
