Hi Team,
After 2H 2022 release, we are observing a delay of 24 hours in reflecting the workflow in EC on the mobile app.
Issue: The user receives a workflow notification on the mobile, but when that individual logins into mobile, no workflow notification shown. But at the same time, when that individual access the laptop, there that user can view the workflow.
On closely monitoring, we understood that there is a delay in sync between Mobile and Laptop and the delay is around 12 to 24 hours.
Are any other customers facing this type of issue? If so, what's the resolution?
