Hi to all,
I have a problem when I approve a Purchase Req. I want to set the system in order that if I approve a PR a notification arrive in Requisitioner Creator Inbox.
I have done the following configuration:
I think that all configuration are done but the notification doesn't arrive.
Can anyone help me?

Dear Armando,
Once Release is done successfully, then Initiator can view the PR.
Please check whether the approver is able to approve (Release) correctly or not. If he can, then its working fine.
If you want to send a notification mail to Initiator, then you need to add Mail step in your WF template.

Hi Armando,
TS00008018 is not a task that sends mail, it delivers a 'display purchase req' task to the agent, in your case to the person who started the workflow. In any case, it would be easier to see what is going wrong (or not) if you included the Workflow Technical Log in your screen shots.
