We are using standard trigger point (CO31) to generate rework order for shop in-process inspection. During an inspection point result recording via QE11, sometimes trigger point is executed more than once. "Execute once" option in trigger point cannot be used as partial confirmations are possible for a production order operation. What may be the possible reasons for execution of trigger point multiple times (mostly twice) during an operation confirmation?
