Deleted PO line item in Fiori

In ECC when running report deleted PO line item is not appearing but when I run the same report in Fiori its appearing in Fiori report but ideally that particular deleted line item should not appear in Fiori also. What could be the possible reason? Do we need to customize Fiori to not to show PO deleted line items also? Is it possible with standard Fiori?

Hello Reddy,

I am not aware of any SAP Fiori app that shows information at the header level that excludes POs with line items marked to be deleted. For that, you have to explore SAP Fiori apps that show information at the item level. Another example could be "Overdue Purchase Orde items".

Hello Reddy,

The SAP Fiori app Manage purchase order lists all the PO that has been created regardless of the status of the individual items (for instance blocked). But if you double-click on a specific PO, you can see the status of each item. But, it reduces the field Net Order Value.

You have other SAP Fiori apps that show the information at the item level. For example you can test the SAP Fiori app "Monitor Purchase Order Item". That app will not list the items that are marked to be deleted.

Thank you for your reply. It seems that we do not have that "Monitor Purchase Order Item" app already installed in it so will need to have it and get checked. Does this mean, If we do not want see that particular line item that marked as deleted there is no standard report which does not show the line item? Thank you in advance.
