Unable to delete 100% coverage on item level on service ticket in C4C

Hi,

We created a service ticket and added the items, these items were connected to a contract. We removed the contract at line level, but the items are still in 100% coverage, and we can't remove that.

This issue has also occurred before but were unable to resolve it.

Would appreciate any insights. Thank you.
