Date format changing after loading in to psa and report

Dear All,

We have written code calculate year month based on the source file in MM/DD/YYYY format.. When we load the csv file the format is changing to DD/MM/YYYY Format. Due to the endroutine is calculate wrong values

How to get the MM/DD/YYYY Format as it's on the source file
