Connection for VIES VAT Registration Number Validation

Hallo experts,

I am following the steps of "2866929 Online Validation - Implementation Instructions v2.5.pdf" (note 2866929) and have problems with setting the connection (only the method of direct connection is considered feasible) for VIES VAT Registration Number Validation.

As I try to test the connection, it only shows STATUS HTTP Response 405. What should I do now?
