IBP Disaggregation exclusion

Hi all

We have the following the requirement: we need that for any specific customer, disaggregation will be ZERO always although I enter manually a value for this specific customer.

If I enter values for one SKU or higger level, I dont want disaggregation in one customer. And disaggregation is based on other KF.
