Custom tiles in launchpad service

I just started with sapui5 and fiori development

I was going through the fiori guidelines and wanted to implement the same screen (the launchpad screen) : https://experience.sap.com/fiori-design-web/home-page/

But I do not see any technical guidelines on how can I implement those tiles - with the images and the tasks bar etc, or even the notifications in the shell bar. We are developing on cloud foundry.

So there are a lot of ways that I have come across of developing this. But I need a homepage which can accomodate such custom tiles. Is it possible to have such custom tiles at fiori launchpad service given by BTP? Or is such a screen a product of sapui5 coding?

I need a launch page with image. And I am getting no way of implementing such a tile using launchpad service
