I'm not aware of any other resource to check apart from using the app Communication Arrangements directly

Have you checked the APIs listed on https://api.sap.com/ ?

It should list the ODATA Type

Yes, but the issue in api.sap.com is that they do not segregate the APIs based on application outbound/inbound flow. I tried to explore but not much successful there.
