Jan 24 00:06:11 2023: Backup Server: 3.42.1.1: DUMP is complete (database SID).

3.42.1.1 ; AWS

3.43.1.1 ; AWS

Backup Server message codes may look like IP addresses, but have nothing to do with them. The four fields consist of major, minor, severity, and state values.
