Is there a BAPI/FM/Class/anything to create an ope... - SAP Community

I need a way to create an operation defect( as in this screen )related to the equipment. This is the QE17 tcode

I am using QIRF_GET_DEFECT_ITEMS2 but this BAPI doesn't have an equipment field.

Did you look for actual BAPI such as those of business objects BUS204501 InspLotOperation and BUS204502 InspLotCharacter for results confirmation ?
