SAP IRPA: How to limit the number of unattended bots to one

Dear SAP Community,

We are using SAP IRPA in an environment with one development server and one production server. On the production server we are using a unattended bot with a windows service user. In this environment tasks are processed sequential (no parallel usage).

On the development server we are just do development and debugging of new automations.

We now have the problem, that in certain circumstances, there are two activ unattended bots, and so we have to pay for two bots in every month this happend.

This also happened on weekends, when no one is using the development environment.

How can we restrict the number of activ unattended bots in our BTC Cockpit?

How can we deactivate the option "Automatically return to the previously set agent mode after 30 minutes of inactivity"?

Best regards

Sebastian
