Unable to delete email id in case of multiple in MDG (Email notes enabled)

User creates a CR and deletes the unwanted email id(s). The CR gets submitted successfully and change logs are captured with the email ids being shown ad Deleted. But when the user opens the supplier again in MDG, all old email ids are intact without any change. When checked in GUI BP change history, the whole email section is deleted and recreated with all the email ids. Why are email ids not getting deleted through MDG?
