Hi All
I have just created a new category schema for our business, this included creating a new catelog, code groups, codes, group profile & subject profile. I have also created a new Service profile and Response Profile for the schema too.
Everything looks the same as how it was previously set up. However, the warning "Date calculation could not be completely performed" is appearing with the below details:
For Service Request, Request for Change, and Problem business transactions, this message may be occurring because the Service Profile, Response Profile, or Priority fields are not maintained.
Ensure that these fields are maintained, as they are required to successfully recalculate dates.
Can anyone help with what I have possibly missed.
I followed this document (Creating Categorization Schema in SAP CRM for Service Request - CRM - Support Wiki) to create the new schema and then added the SLA's. I have not used Priority as a determination for the SLA's only Catalog Subject, CodeGroupSubj. & Cude Subject (same as we previously had in place).
Any help would be appreciated.
