No Business Intelligence license purchased error in SAC

Hello Team,

We are able to create the user in SAC but we couldn't assign any role to that user. While assigning the user we are facing below errors.

"There are no Business Intelligence license purchased"
"Unable to modify role due to missing license"

Even when we switch to the roles screen the blank screen appears.

Request you to please help us in identifying the root cause of these error and drive them towards resolution.
