Filter 0/Unbooked Data measures

Hi,

I would like to filter only Employees with Unbooked Data. Is it possible? I was trying to make a Calculated Dimension with ISNULL formula, but I can not use in Calculated Dimension Measures. And there is no way to filter something based on Measure. Is there any solution for this?
