1.Kindly click on forgot password to reset the password.

Dear SAP Support eX,

Both actions can be carried out in the Security>Users section located on the left hand menú pane.

The user carrying out this change must have an adminstrator role such as Admin, BI Admin, System Owner or BI System Owner.

By selecting a user you can either resend the welcome email or assign them as System Owner using the adjacent buttons in the following image:

As a parenthesis to this action you might want to discuss with your customer whom will be configuring any new data connections to the tenant as it is often a prerequisite that that person be the system owner and it seems like a pointless change unless they have a qualified person assigned to the role.
