How to return failed material to vendor

Hi experts

I have procured material from vendor.

80% of material got passed and posted stock to unrestricted and 20% material got failed and posted stock to blocked stock.

Now I want to return the failed material to vendor from blocked stock.

How to map in SAP.

Pls guide.
