SSO for SAP Business One

Dears,

This question is related to SAP Business One, verisno for SQL, 9.2 PL4.

Every time we do an upgrade for SAP B1, or we re-install the server tools, we lose the binding between the B1 users and the Microsoft Windows Account, which is a huge headache for us. Is there anything we can do to avoid this?
