Unable to open DMS files in test system after client copy from production

Hi,

I am unable to open DMS files in test system (ERQ) after client copy from production (ERP). The document in ERP is opening without any error. If we attach a new file to same DIR in ERQ then it will open without error. But none of the files coming from ERP Client copy is opening. we get below error message in ERQ.

File C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\SAP\SAP GUI\tmp\1ooo7 cannot be opened.

Do anyone know, what is the error and how to fix it?
