Business Partner, transaction BP, add custom tab or subscreen

Hi all,

in transaction BP i would like to add in BP role "General Business Partner" specific customer data. How can i add a new tab ?

To be more precise i added new fields in table BUT000 (with structure append), and my need is to display it.
