sales order field assignment missing in planning area

Dear all,

Our client has requirement as below

  1. Forecast upload/consumption at product and location level
  2. Use sales order confirmation
so when we copy from SAP7F sample planning area, we don't add customer as planning level root attribute of product|location|demand.

However when running supply planning, we got issue that is sales order field assignment missing in pl.area

So please kindly share your experience.
