Creating Custom Extract structure in R/3

Hi All,

Iam new to the SAP Business Intelligence Warehousing. Iam currently working on an assignment wherein I need a completely new custom extract structure in R/3 in order to upload data to BW.

Can anyone help me find a link or document with the help of which I can start working on this requirement.
