Hi Experts,
We have 4 portfolios. When I try creating PPM item for 1 portfolio then I am able to see 'Create' button in dashboard as shown below:
When I change portfolio (to a different portfolio) then this 'Create' icon disappears as shown below:
Could you please tell me what's wrong here and how can we address this issue?

I think I should close this thread in no response case..
##Not sure whether new UI changes to SCN community is fetching similiar eye balls as it was fetching with its earlier version.

As this thread is closed and almost one year old, I think it would be better if your start a new thread rather than resurrecting this one. Ensure to provide details of the issue (e.g. have you checked to confirm that your user has the required authorizations for creating items in the affected portfolio?)

Hi Nityanand,
Please check the configuration whether at least one Item Type is mapped to the particular Portfolio Type or not.
Node : SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Global Settings > Portfolio-Dependent Settings >Define Portfolio Types. Select the Portfolio Type and click on Assign Item Types
