Hi All,
we have a customer who is using SAP P92 in GUI and online. She does not have the arrow buttons next to the fields as shown below:
Thus, she can fill in the fields but cannot see the search history. It means, she has to enter the details manually after looking them up in earlier documents. It is very annoying.
Our technical team has reinstalled SAP GUI. They have tried to install 7.3 (patch level 13) and 7.4 (patch level 10), no change. (Other GUI versions and patch levels are currently not available at our company.)
Crosscheck was made, and it gets funny now:
When she logs in on another PC, she has the same issue. Her colleague on that PC does not have it.
When her colleague (who normally has the arrows) logs in on her PC, he has the issue!
So it seems to be a local issue and a non-local issue at the same time. :S
We are completely out of options and out of help. Anyone who has seen such an issue and knows a solution? Any idea / suggestion would be helpful!
