How to replicate attachment from C4C to ECC

Hi All,

As usual, when my client creates an account on C4C, the account is replicated to ECC properly with the required information.

Now they are expecting the attachment they uploaded to C4C Accounts to be replicated to ECC.

Kindly advise how can I achieve this.
