SAP Fiori: My accounts Extended app "Could not open app. Please try again later"

Hi All,

From Fiori Launchpad when I click on My Accounts Fiori Extended app I am getting below error in my development and Quality system. In production system I am able to open.

In console I am getting below error

I am able to open app through SICF , but when I open through launchpad I am getting above mentioned error.

Please find the my gateway system Development and Production installed components

Could you please guide how to resolve this.

You don't have to implement it.

Just refer and follow the steps given in the notes in Gateway System.

Hi Rehan,

sap note 2400223 is having same error symptoms as I got in console.

In this note it was mentioned as

Cause

After several test deployments, the component had resided in multiple SAPUI5 repositories which cuased confusion when configuring application on Launchpad.

Resolution

User deleted the unwanted versions of the extended component and then used corrected updated component. This resolved the error message and tile worked correctly.

I have done remote comparison of version in both Development and Production system(where app is working in Production system). I didn't find any differences.

Could you please help here.

Can you please check after deploying the extended App again and removing your previous version from Development System ?

Hi Viswanath,

Before deleting your BSP Application(extended fiori App),try to clear cache as below and check if it resolves your issue:

  1. Run Transaction: /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP on Gateway
  2. Run Transaction: /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on Backend and Gateway
  3. Clear local browser cache
  4. Run report /UI2/CHIP_SYNCHRONIZE_CACHE
  5. Optional: Run report /UI2/DELETE_CACHE
  6. Optional: Run report /UI2/PAGE_CACHE_RESET
  7. Run report /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES
  8. Run report /UI2/INVALIDATE_CLIENT_CACHES
  9. Run report /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE
  10. Run transaction SMICM -> HTTP Plug-In -> Server Cache -> Invalidate Locally
  11. Run transaction SMICM -> HTTP Plug-In -> Server Cache -> Invalidate Globally

Please check your application launchpad role (LPD_CUST Transaction) by comparing development and production server.
