Does anyone know if there is any limitation on how many levels we can target in Hybris? We are having a problem and have been informed that SAP Hybris does not recommend more than 5 levels of segmentation.
There is no general limitation of the number of levels that can be used in SAP Marketing Cloud segmentation. You can have much more than 5 levels and still have a very well performing segmentation process. There are some complexity restrictions in the system that will create warning messages when several thresholds are exceeded. However, it is always recommended to restrict the complexity of your models at a minimum. This not only for performance reasons but also to keep the models understandable and easy to maintain.
