Sap cutover lead

Hi - I have 20+ years experience in SAP project releases from new plants, M&A’s, to a bi annual market rollout schedule migrating In Market Companys from legacy to SAP in R3 and ECC6. I was Global Data Manager/Business Lead of teams working with IT/SAP teams. I have had 3 years break at home while my daughter growing up, now she started secondary education I’m returning to market, however, already I’m disadvantaged with no S4 Hana experience and this 3 year gap an issue/risk for recruiters, despite several contacting me for roles. My question is on a role I’m applying for now - SAP Cutover Lead, I know I will refresh very quickly as I’m a fast learner and very driven, but getting the first step pack. I’m looking for advice - what you think would be useful for me to do in order to obtain this type of role (I spent 1999 to 2017 deep in SAP - presale, data, config, transaction, reporting, billing, DQ tools, LSMW and much more). It’s a demand market and so many people these days with MBA which also favoured. All advice welcome and thanks in advance.
